Supporting Fairness


This competence focuses on ensuring that sustainability efforts are just and inclusive, with shared responsibility for environmental protection. It promotes social justice and equity, preventing sustainability practices from creating inequalities and instead fostering fair and inclusive development.

To develop this competence, people should engage in teamwork and collaborative activities where they take responsibility for their actions while respecting different perspectives and opinions.

Workshop Components

Workshop Overview

Annotation: 

A classroom or community-based workshop designed to help young people reflect on fairness, respect, and shared responsibility within sustainability and teamwork. The workshop encourages open dialogue, recognition of diverse opinions, and co-creation of group values.


Objectives: 

  • To understand what fairness means in sustainability actions

  • To recognize the importance of listening to and respecting other viewpoints

  • To foster group collaboration through shared decision-making

  • To build responsibility and empathy within teams
